If you arrive at your appointment and show signs of being unwell, I reserve the right to end your session immediately without a refund. In some instances, I may need you to pay a small deposit to reserve your session time – I will let you know if this is the case when you book. Cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee, to partially compensate me for my time and lost income from turning down other appointments. This must be paid before I will accept any further bookings from you.
