• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals.

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late must contact us in advance. We reserve the right to request an additional deposit to maintain the booking.

• If a client is significantly late without prior confirmation, the appointment may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

• By making a booking and paying a deposit, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
