-ALL Pre bookings do require a deposit. Deposits made via beem, bank transfer or direct deposit in a smart atm. This is nonnegotiable and non refundable. The remainder is to be paid in cash or eftpos on arrival.
-“Available now” bookings do not require a deposit.
-If you no show your deposit will be forfeited
-If you are more than 15 minutes late you may be refused service or you will still be charged for the entirety of the booking length you pre-selected and still go ahead but the time will be minus the amount of time you were late.
-If by some chance i have to reschedule our booking your deposit is kept and a new time will be arranged.
-Upon booking completion your ID will be deleted in front of you for your own peace of mind.
