Once your deposit has been received, that time is removed from my availability and reserved exclusively for you.

🍒CANCELLATIONS

Deposits are strictly non-refundable if you cancel, change your mind, fail to attend or are unable to proceed with the booking.

A late cancellation or no-show will result in the deposit being forfeited.

Any outstanding balance may be required before I accept another booking from you.

🍒RESCHEDULING

Please choose your date and time carefully before securing your appointment.

Rescheduling is considered individually and is not guaranteed.

Touring appointments cannot generally be cancelled, transferred or rescheduled due to accommodation, flights and other travel commitments arranged around confirmed bookings.

🍒IF I NEED TO CANCEL

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel your confirmed appointment, you may choose either:

• A full refund of your deposit within 72 hours, or

• Transfer of your deposit to another mutually suitable date.

🍒PHOTOS & VIDEO CALLS

My current photographs and content are available through my website and official social platforms.

I do not provide additional verification photographs or participate in spontaneous FaceTime/video calls upon request.

Please take the time to view my official online presence before booking.

🍒SCREENING

All new clients are screened.

The information required will depend on the booking and may include identification or employment verification.

For outcalls, additional verification is mandatory.

Screening information is treated discreetly and is requested solely for safety and verification purposes.

If you are unwilling to complete the required screening, I will respectfully decline the booking.

🍒TRAVEL & OUTCALLS

Outcalls are available to five-star hotels only and are subject to screening and availability.

A photograph of valid identification showing your address is required. Your identification number may be covered.

For hotel appointments, I also require confirmation of your hotel details.

Travel charges are additional to my advertised rate and are calculated according to the location and travel time involved, rather than simply the cost of a rideshare.

🍒RUNNING LATE

Please let me know as soon as possible if you are running late.

A short grace period may be accommodated where possible, however your appointment is reserved for a specific period and lateness may reduce the time we have together without reducing the agreed fee.

If you are significantly late and have not contacted me, the appointment may be treated as a cancellation/no-show.

Private interstate and international travel arrangements are available through Alessia Without Borders.

Every FMTY engagement is individually planned and quoted according to destination, travel requirements, accommodation and the length of our time together.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm FMTY arrangements.
