The "Don't Flake on Me" Rules:

• Change of plans? No worries! Just let me know at least 4 hours before your arrival.
• The Late Fee: If it’s less than 4 hours' notice, a $100 cancellation fee applies (though I’ll happily waive it if we reschedule for the same day!).
• No-shows: Are liable for the full amount of the booking.
• Payment: Just a reminder that cash is king, due upon arrival!
