First and foremost, please realise that you are speaking with me personally. Therefore, any rudeness, excessive messaging or incoherence will not be responded to and will potentially be blocked/ incur extra charge. Please do not contact me unless you're deposit ready.
CANCELLATIONS
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if you cancel our booking.
RESCHEDULES
If you'd like to reschedule our time, please get in touch at least 48 hours prior to our scheduled date, and I will honour your deposit for a new time within the next month. I only honour deposits for 1 reschedule. If the new rescheduled time no longer suits and you’d like to make a 2nd reschedule then a new deposit must be paid.
RUNNING LATE
Bookings are held for 15 minutes. After this time if you have not contacted me to let me know you’re going to be late, our date will be cancelled. A 10 minute grace period is given, after that your lateness will cut into your booking time and the full fee must still be paid.
