Some/most bookings I do require a deposit of 20%-50% of total booking fee . This is to ensure the booking is genuine, the time frame is allocated to you , and I can decline other requests for that time.Deposit amounts can be subject to change , these will be confirmed with you upon booking if deposit is required . 

A deposit guarantees your confirmation of that booking . If a booking is confirmed and in the unlikely event I can't make it for my own reasons your deposit is refunded . 

please also note this doesn't include other reasonings that would terminate a booking ie not safe environment, disrespectful behavior , etc . 

Deposit Terms are based around common sense , fairness , and moral grounds as a whole . I do ask this from you too . Respect and understanding will always see a positive outcome and mutual benefit for both parties.
