• If a new booking is not arranged within this 2-day window, the deposit is forfeited.

Touring Bookings (Outside the Gold Coast)

When touring other cities, time is limited and bookings are strictly managed. As such, the following cancellation terms apply:

• Cancellations made with more than 1 week’s notice: 50% of the full booking fee is still payable.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking: 100% of the booking fee is payable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
• All deposits are non-refundable.

Please ensure that you are confident in your availability before securing a time. By confirming your booking, you agree to these terms.
