Deposits are strictly non-negotiable and non-refundable.

• If you change your mind, cancel, fail to attend, or are unable to proceed with your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

Rescheduling:

• Olivia offers one complimentary reschedule if either party is unable to attend the agreed-upon date.

• Any further rescheduling requests will incur a $100 rescheduling fee, payable at the time of rescheduling.

Cancellations:
