Cancellations will result in your deposit being lost. 

On a case by case basis, depending on the circumstances, I may offer a deposit transfer if you are rescheduling. This is done completely at MY discretion and will not be offered in every situation. This is not ever offered for cancellations within 24 hours.

Tour deposits are not refundable even with notice - If my schedule allows I may offer to deposit transfer across to another date or time on THAT tour. I do not allow tour deposits to be used for future tours. This is due to high volumes of cancellations on tours and the expenses involved with touring.

If I am cancelling on you eg. sick, cancelled tour etc. I will refund your deposit. This can only be done via Beem it or cash deposit via ATM for privacy reasons. I advise all clients have a Beem it account for fast and convenient refunds in cases such as these. 

If you are being RUDE or dangerous in any way I may cancel your booking without any refund of your deposit.

"why can't you just transfer it back?" - a bank transfer will show my legal name, hence I do not offer refunds via this method.

If you send a larger then requested deposit eg. a full prepayment or 50% deposit this is still considered your deposit and none of it refundable. This is why I ask for a specific amount, sending additional is done at your own risk. 

Payment Policy

Cash is the preferred method of payment.

If you choose to pay via bank transfer, please note that transfers can take up to 24 hours to clear. Services will not commence until the funds have been received and cleared in my account.

If your payment has not cleared before I leave the location or am no longer available due to touring or other commitments, your booking will be forfeited. No refund, credit, or rescheduling will be provided.

The payment will also not be transferred to a future booking. The only exception is if you make a new booking of two hours or longer. In that case, the cleared payment can be deducted from the balance owing for your new booking.
