While maintaining your reservation, it’s likely I`ve been declining this time to others. This is why I need to keep any deposits in case of any cancellation for any reason. If there are other costs I have incurred Along side with preliminary costs incurred prior to the cancelation.

• If I need to cancel for my own reasons your deposit will be returned in full.
