**Deposits**

Deposits are non-refundable and secure your appointment. Larger bookings may require higher deposits.

Rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice (48 for longer bookings). With notice, deposits can be transferred once within three months. Repeated changes may require full prepayment. If I ever need to cancel, your deposit will be refunded.

**Incall**

I offer appointments from my private apartment in Camperdown. The space is discreet, comfortable, and designed to help you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Detailed address information, parking instructions, and arrival information will be provided once your booking has been confirmed.

**Hygiene**

Good hygiene is appreciated, and facilities are available if you’d like to freshen up on arrival.

**Late Arrivals**

Appointments finish at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will shorten your session, though I’ll always try to accommodate where possible.
