To Make A Booking 

To assist us in the scheduling process, please include your preferred date, time, and duration of your appointment along with a brief summary of your interests and expectations. 

We try our best to accommodate last minute bookings, but please be mindful that we will need time to shower, apply skincare products and make up, style our hair, and get dressed. If you are requesting anal, the preparation beforehand takes 45-60 minutes alone. We require 1 hour notice minimum to prepare before bookings. 

Payment 

Some events may require a deposit. Deposits must be paid by bank transfer before your appointment can be reserved. 

Payment for appointments must be paid in full with cash upon arrival.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please be respectful and considerate of our time and effort. If you have scheduled an appointment with us and encounter a change of circumstance, change of heart, need to reschedule, etc, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can offer your time slot to other clients requesting a booking. 

If your appointment required a deposit, cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to your appointment will be refunded back to your nominated bank account. 

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are considered last minute cancellations and will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. 

In the rare and unlikely event that we must cancel your appointment, your deposit will be refunded to your nominated bank account.
