3. Standard Provisions

Every engagement includes:

· Pre-engagement negotiation and consent review

· Calibration and warm-up

· Primary scene shaped around stated interests and parameters

· Downshift and transition

· Post-engagement stabilization

· Follow-up contact within 24 hours

Post-engagement stabilization is mandatory. It includes comfort items, physical check-in, emotional settling, no time pressure, and a follow-up message. Stabilization time is part of the engagement — it is not subtracted from the booked time.

· Retainer: 30% required to confirm.

· Within 48 hours of engagement: retainer is non-refundable.

· More than 48 hours’ notice: retainer may move to a new date.

· Less than 48 hours’ notice: retainer is forfeited.

· Payment: cash or bank transfer at the start of the engagement.

· Location: incall available; outcall additional.

· Confirmation: booking is confirmed only after screening and retainer are complete.
