If you are running late and have not paid a deposit, your booking may be cancelled and the time offered to someone else. If a deposit has been paid, your appointment will remain secured; however, any late arrival time will be deducted from your booked session.

Unfortunately, past experiences with no-shows and last-minute cancellations have made this policy necessary. It is the fairest way for me to manage my schedule and accommodate genuine clients.
