Booking Policy

To provide the best experience and ensure appointments run smoothly, all bookings are arranged by appointment only.

Reservations & Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed once all required details have been received and the appointment has been approved. Advance notice is appreciated, especially for preferred dates and times.

Deposit Policy

A deposit of 50% of service prices is required to secure your booking. Deposits help reserve your appointment time and are applied toward your booking total.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable. If an appointment is cancelled within the stated cancellation timeframe (24hrs) or if the booking requirements are not followed.

Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible. Last-minute cancellations, repeated changes, or no-shows may affect future booking availability. All cancellations require 24hrs notice, to allow for your deposit to be transferable to another day (within my working days) or you risk losing your deposit.

Communication & Respect
