A Little Note on Booking

I am typically available by prebooking, as I prefer to give each encounter the attention and preparation it deserves.

I do occasionally have short-notice availability, most commonly between Sunday evening and Wednesday afternoon, however planning ahead is always recommended.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure prebookings. This simply ensures our time together is reserved exclusively for you.

Booking Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy

Plain English Summary: A Deposit is required to secure a time and location. With notice, you can reschedule once within a short window. Late/no-show or inappropriate conduct forfeits your deposit and may incur fees. Read the following terms and conditions, and discuss with the provider before booking.

1.    Scope and Definitions

a.    Provider: [Avalon H. Grail/Avalon/After Dark Affair Adult Entertainment](“I”/“Me”).

b.    Client: Person(s) making the booking (You).

c.    Booking: The pre-negotiated service(s) to be provided at the agreed time/place.

d.    Deposit: An upfront payment to secure the booking.

2.    Deposit (non-refundable)

a.    A deposit of $[100/other] is required to secure all bookings and is non-refundable, whether the booking is cancelled or postponed by the client.

b.    If a larger deposit is paid, the same rule applies unless I confirm otherwise in writing.

c.    Deposits may be paid via: PayID, Beem, Wise. Booking is confirmed only after the deposit is received (pending funds will not be considered as received) and I provide written confirmation.

d.    Deposits paid by the client to the provider outside of the window of conversation (10mins since our last correspondence) may not secure the booking start time as last discussed. Booking start times are subject to change at short notice.

3.    Postponements/Rescheduling

a.    With 48hours or more notice, you may postpone without losing your deposit if:

 i.    You rebook within 7 days.

 ii.    You rebook within the same tour (if outside of Brisbane).

b.    With less than 48hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.

4.    Client Initiated Cancellations

a.    Cancellations with less than 48hours notice, but more than 12hours notice will forfeit the deposit with no further fees.

b.    Cancellations with less than 12hour notice, but more than 3hours notice will forfeit the deposit, and incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the full booking fee (or a minimum of $200).

c.    Cancellations with less than 3hour notice will forfeit the deposit, and incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the full booking fee.

d.    Clients who fail to arrive to their booking will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the full booking fee. Future bookings will require the full booking fee upfront to secure a booking.

e.    Debt of unpaid cancellation fees will be referred to a debt collection agency or pursued lawfully. Additional recovery costs may be added where permitted.

5.    Provider Initiated Cancellation

a.    If I the provider cancel due to illness or emergency, the following will be offered:

 i.    A new booking time within 7 days or within 7 days of the recovery of the illness

ii.    A refund of the deposit paid by the client.

b.    The provider reserves the right to cancel the booking in the event of health and safety concerns, or inappropriate conduct (as covered in 8. Conduct and Boundaries). No refund is provided in the event that no alternative service can be agreed upon.

6.    Refunds

a.    Refunds are available via Beem only. Instructions on how to download and use Beem will be given by the provider if in the event of a refund.

b.    Refunds will be provided within 24hours of the client providing their Beem account details.

c.    Refunds are not provided for any reason after the service has begun.

7.    Expected Standard of Communication

a.    Clients are expected to communicate to the provider if they are running late. A 10min grace period applies to clients who communicate that they expect to arrive late.

b.    Clients who arrive late are not guaranteed an extension. This is subject to availability of the provider, and will be communicated by the provider.

8.    Conduct and Boundaries

a.    The provider reserves the right to refuse or end a booking at any point if the following occurs:

 i.    Failure to present the genitals, hands and/or mouth for the health check.

 ii.    Failure to adequately shower with soap, use provided mouthwash, and wear deodorant when directed.

 iii.    Continuing to ask for services or acts after being denied, or attempting to coerce the provider with intimidation, physical force, or offering more money.

 iv.    Repeatedly requesting to remove barrier protection, or removing barrier protection without the providers consent.

 v.    Negating the providers consent.

 vi.    Acting with intimidation, threatening the provider, or being disrespectful/rude.

 vii.    Arriving intoxicated on drugs or alcohol, or bringing illicit substances to the location.

 viii.    Attempting to video/voice record the provider without consent. This includes on devices that were not pre-negotiated during bookings that allow for filming.

ix.    Attempting to barter down from the pre-negotiated cost, time-frame, or to a less expensive service during the booking.

9.    Client Screening and Booking Requirements

a.    Discreet screening processes is required to secure a booking. Screening may include 1 or more of the following:

 i.    Partial or full photo ID

 ii.    Electronic Deposit via PayID or Wise

 iii.    Additional contact details such as email address, postal address and utility bill.

iv.    A clear and unobstructed selfie.

b.    Client screening is kept only by the provider, in a secure digital location.  

c.    In the event of a civil or criminal dispute, client screening will be provided to the appropriate authorities.

10. Payment, Receipts and Charge backs

a.    Balancing remaining after deposit is paid in full on arrival to the booking location.

b.    Payment can be made in cash, or the same deposit method used.

c.    Alternative payment methods need to be discussed prior to making a deposit and securing a booking.

d.    Alternative payment methods are subject to provider discretion.

e.    Payments must be made in Australian Dollar (AUD).

f.      Any reversal of payment, fake receipts, or theft of cash will be pursued legally.

g.    Receipts and Invoices can be provided on request.

11. Travel, Touring and Outcalls

a.    Travel fees such may be incurred when requesting the provider to fly to your city, drive to your preferred hotel, or drive to your home.

b.    Travel fees are an upfront payment separate to the deposit. The travel fees are used to cover the costs of flights, fuel and car hire, or rideshare fees.

c.    Outcalls are a minimum of 60mins. Longer Outcalls may require 50% or more upfront deposit.

12. High Physical Support Needs Clients (HPSN)

a.    High Physical Support Needs refers to clients who generally are full time mobility aid users, who require assistive technology to either/or dress, shower, transfer in and out of bed.

b.    The provider will offer accommodations to suit the accessibility needs of a HPSN client, as long as the options are available and suitable. These can range from:

i.    Inviting a support worker to come into the incall location during the booking.

ii.    Providing support to shower and transfer.

iii.    Traveling to your preferred location.

c.    The provider reserves the right to refuse service without refund to a client who has deceived their way into discounted services intended for clients described as above.

13. Duo and Group Bookings

a.    Duo or group bookings are subject to availability of approved third party providers.

b.    Duo/group bookings are offered with third party providers known to myself only. I do not offer duo/group bookings with providers I have not met.

c.    Each individual provider participating in a duo/group booking has their own individual boundaries and consent. Each individual provider reserves the right to refuse to provide a service or stop participating/end the booking for any of the same reasons as a solo booking.

d.    A client who is found to have sought out services for a solo/duo/group booking as a way to circumvent another providers refusal to provide services will have their deposit and any other payments made forfeited.

e.    All providers have their own individual services and boundaries. Any service that a provider has performed with their consent, is not guaranteed to be replicated by a different provider. Attempting to intimidate or coerce a provider under the assumption that ‘x’ service was provided by another provider will be removed from the booking with no refund.

14. Video Calls and Digital Products

a.    Video Calls are provided on either Telegram or WhatsApp.

b.    Video Calls are paid for upfront, and may be ad-hoc (subject to availability) or pre-booked.

c.    Video Calls follow the same Conduct and Boundaries as in-person bookings. All services and expectations need to be communicated in advanced, and confirmed prior to the video call.

d.    Video Calls and Digital products have a minimum time frame and cost. No refund or discount applies if the client finishes the service early, or if the video quality is affected by internet connection.

15. Health and Safety

a.    Any and all barrier protection must be used when directed by the provider. The provider reserves the right to refuse or end a booking to maintain health and safety.

b.    If you are feeling unwell, or showing signs of illness/injury the cancellation policy will still apply.

c.    The provider reserves the right to refuse or end a booking if the client is showing signs and symptoms of illness, recent injury, recent body modification, or surgery.

16. Acknowledgment and Reliance on Information

a.    By booking, you confirm you have read my website and/or advertisement (hosted on one of the below websites), including my current location, services, rates, touring locations and dates, and deposit requirements. Deposits are non-refundable if you later change your mind, or miss key details that were clearly provided on the website, advertisement or communicated through text. By paying the deposit you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions.

b.   The Booking Terms and Conditions and Cancellation are subject to change at any time. The provider will make reasonable attempts to notify the client of changes that occur after a deposit is paid, and before a booking has been completed.
