We all lead busy lives, but good manners go a long way with me. A friendly introduction and clear communication are always appreciated.

Deposits:

Deposits are non-refundable and are used to reserve your appointment, as I may be turning away other enquiries to accommodate our booking. Deposits may also cover any arrangements made specifically for our date, such as travel, outfits, food, or other special requests.

Larger deposits may be required for extended bookings.

Should you need to reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for standard appointments and 48 hours notice for multi-hour bookings.

With sufficient notice, your deposit may be transferred once to an alternative booking date, provided the new appointment takes place within three months of the original booking.

Repeated cancellations or reschedules may require future bookings to be prepaid in full.

If I ever need to cancel our appointment and we are unable to find an alternative date, your deposit will be refunded in full.
